The new corporate headquarters for Ameris Bank tower over the St. John's river located in the Riverplace Tower building known to locals as the Gulf Life Building. The sweeping site views of downtown Jacksonville and river alone are understandably the perfect site for Ameris Bank's vision for their new headquarters.

Maintaining the breathtaking views was of vital importance during design development of the project. The existing space was gutted, reworked, and designed to filter natural light into the core of the office as much as possible while maintaining privacy for every private executive office. All interior, non-load bearing architecture, was designed and developed into construction by Catlin Design led with a team of electrical and mechanical engineers.
